PROVIDER TEAM:  Fantastic opportunity to help make a difference in the lives of people living in the inner city in Buffalo, NY! Our mission is to provide high quality, full spectrum care, including OB, to all who need it regardless of insurance status or ability to pay in the name of Jesus. We are especially committed to serving the poor, the underserved, refugees and immigrants from over 60 nations in the surrounding community. We are presently at full capacity and need more providers (especially physicians) to join our team. We are turning away 50-100 patients per week who would like to be our patients, but we can't take on more patients without more help! We are seeking family physicians (MDs and DOs), preferably with OB to join our team. We use an Electronic Medical Record system and are in pursuit of NCQA certification as a Patient-Centered Medical Home to help us implement systems to improve the care we give our patients. Jericho Road Family Practice currently has 3 physicians, 4 nurse practitioners and 1 physician assistant at 2 sites. We use an Electronic Medical Record system en route to more Meaningful Use and are in pursuit of NCQA certification as a Patient-Centered Medical Home to help us implement systems to improve the care we are able to give our patients. Providers on our team will preferably provide inpatient/outpatient care to our patients with a call schedule of 5 weekdays per month and 1 weekend per month.
