Financial Policy

Jericho Road Family Practice takes all private and government insurances.  You will need to pay your co-pays at the time of your visit.  If you do not have insurance, we will work with you to help you find a way.  We will ask you to pay something toward your visit - paying a little now may save you big bills in the future!  Please don't let a lack of insurance keep you from seeing us.

Appointment Policy

Please let us know in advance if you can't make your appointment.   We are a very busy practice and are constantly trying to accommodate all of our patients.  If you miss your appointment without letting us know, it takes the a slot for someone else who might be trying to get to see us!
